“It was an amazing experience to be able to attend and present my research on intergenerational friendships between older and younger adults at the AAG conference in Hobart. I was honoured to receive the Arthur Everitt award and I hope to continue his legacy in my clinical practice by taking a strengths-based approach to enhancing the lives of older adults. Thank you to AAG for organising such a great event where researchers and practitioners can come together to share the latest research in gerontology. It was an encouragement to see so much innovation and passion for working with older adults!”
